How long will shipping take?
All orders are shipped within 3-4 working days from our warehouse in Karachi Pakistan. Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You’ll know your order is confirmed when any one of these happens:
✅ You receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp/SMS
✅ You get a confirmation call from our team
✅ You receive an order confirmation email
✅ Your order status changes to “Confirmed”
If you’re unsure or haven’t received confirmation yet, just share your order details with us and we’ll check it for you
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Yes — you can change your shipping address after placing an order, but only if the order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.
Here’s how it usually works:
📦 Before Shipping
✔ You can update your shipping address
✔ Just let us know as soon as possible
✔ We’ll update it in the system for you
🚚 After Shipping Starts
❌ Once the order is already shipped, the address can’t be changed anymore
✔ You might need to coordinate with the delivery company for rerouting (if they allow it)
